Hiatus

Well, I had to take a little hiatus. Sorry to those of you who bother to read my blog. It wasn't entirely a blog Hiatus, it was mostly a life hiatus. I took a few days off work, didn't both looking at the computer, making many phone calls or really doing much of anything. Even my poor mother didn't know where I went. It felt good to get away. For those of you who don't know, I was taking an antidepressant prior to Hunters conception and was originally told by a different doctor that I could keep and should keep taking them through the pregnancy. Then my latest doc, who I dearly favor, suggested I try to make a go at it without them, primarily for the emotional health of the baby. Often babies can have emotional issues and some suffer chemical withdrawal after birth from the pills. So, I stopped taking them. And it took nearly a month to get them out of my system. The last week or so was the worst as I pretty much got to the point where I thought that the physical withdrawal pains would never go away. Dee assured me that I would feel better soon. And yay to finally getting through it. Frigging worst feeling ever. Brain Zaps. It's a feeling like someone is holding two live wires together inside your head. A shocking, jolting kind of feeling accompanied with anxiety, blood pulsing to your extremities, sudden fear and nervousness and shortness of breathe. Most usually these brain zaps would occur when I would get up, stand up, walking up stairs, or anything that caused a sudden movement of blood. It was awesome! And now it seems that they are finally gone, and I'm feeling 100 times better. So, hopefully today I can find a bit of time to post some news about things. Let's see how I do, shall we!

You are stealing my name by the way. Well the middle name. Which I still intend to use when I concieve a boy. I am happy you are back and blogging.
